Booking Conditions

Rental from Saturday to Saturday.

Deposit

Any reservation will only be effective upon receipt of the deposit payment, equal to 30% of the total stay amount.

Balance

The balance will be paid upon your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days before the arrival date:
30% of the total stay amount will be payable.
Less than 30 days before the arrival date:
100% of the total stay amount will be payable.

Security Deposit

A security cheque of 50% of the total stay amount will be required, returned at the end of the stay after the inventory check.
