Booking Conditions

Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Except for the months of April, May, and October: possibility of arrival and departure during the week. June and July on request.

Deposit

Any booking will only be effective after receiving the deposit payment, amounting to 30% of the total stay cost.

Balance

The balance will be paid upon your arrival.

Cancellation conditions

More than 30 days before the arrival date:
30% of the total stay cost must be paid.
Less than 30 days before the arrival date:
100% of the total stay cost must be paid.

Security deposit

Security cheque of 50% of the total stay cost, refunded at the end of your stay after the inventory.
